Kazuke is an amateur doujinshi artist. His best friend Mizuki, is jealous of his new love for drawing comics. He faces the struggles of everyday life while trying to build a name for himself in the comic industry. He attends many comic conventions (comicon) to set up a booth and try to sell his material. Along the way, he meets up with many other female doujinshi artists.
