Mao, even though he's about a teenager, is a master cook. He travels throughout China to learn new cooking methods. But soon he becomes the target of a secret cult named the Underground who are plotting to take over the country by enslaving the Emperor to their food. Mao is forced to fight back with his cooking skills!!!!! Filled with romantic, comedic, and (of course) culinary twists, Cooking Master Boy is actually pretty good even though its storyline is a bit... different. It will also make you hungry, so don't forget to eat something while you're watching this.
